We startet our partnership with Kuehne + Nagel in 2018 in the curse of their strategy development to help define purpose, positioning, organizational principles and brand promise – aiming to better align this global, multi-dimensional organization and sharpen it's image at global scale. We accompany them implementing this strategy in the organization – building the marketing capacity to deliver on the promise, establishing new skills and ways of working in the organization, co-creating concepts and strategies that drive transformation to a more customer-centered firm.
